The Role

We re seeking skille eployment Engineer to join or tem to ply the brige between or cstomers n engineering tems. s eployment Engineer, yo will ply criticl role in ensring the sccessfl evltion, instlltion, configrtion, n integrtion of or robots into iverse environments. Yo will collborte closely with cross-fnctionl tems, incling engineering, sles, n cstomer spport, to eliver semless eployment soltions tht meet n excee cstomer expecttions.

• Trvel to cstomer fcilities to instll n setp robotics systems ccoring to project timelines, specifictions n KPIs.

• ocment eployment processes, proceres n best prctices for knowlege shring n continos improvement.

• Collborte with engineering tems to trobleshoot n resolve ny eployment-relte isses promptly.

• Commnicte reglrly with cstomers to provie trining, ress concerns, gther feebck, n ensre high levels of stisfction with or proct n services.

• Commnicte feebck to engineering to rive proct evelopment n improvement.
• Service the robot when necessry.

Reqirements

• BS or MS in Robotics, Mechnicl Engineering, Electricl Engineering, Compter Science, or relte fiels.

• 2+ yers of professionl experience eploying n spporting robotics or tomtion soltions.

• Fmilirity with Linx/NIX environments, ROS, n scripting in Python.

• Fmilirity with instlling robotics work cells or mechnicl fixtres.

• bility to work inepenently n proctively with miniml spervision

• Willingness to trvel to cstomer sites 75% of the time.

Nice to Hve

• Experience eploying robotic systems in wrehoses, logistics, or other instril environments.
