Location & Schedule Location: UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital - Fort Collins, CO Department: PVH RT Shift: Night (Full‑time, 72 hours per bi‑weekly pay period) Compensation: $31.61 – $47.41 per hour, based on experience This is an onsite role; no hybrid or remote option. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) State licensure if required by law ACLS within one year of hire NRP within six months of hire BLS or CPR (American Heart Association or American RedCross) with a card in hand before start date; card must remain valid for 60 days after hire Responsibilities Provides top‑of‑scope practice in direct patient care using respiratory therapy protocols and best practices to promote optimized patient care. Effectively partners with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional care outcomes. Prioritizes wellness, patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice. Models proficiency through precepting newcomers to healthcare and to UCHealth. Welcomes new knowledge in a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment. Contributes to safety and quality at the point of care. Manages ventilator integration to adaptive pulmonary support and airway management across multiple levels of care. Participates in clinical and process improvement projects at unit, division, regional, or system level to encourage internal growth and advancement.
