Location: Newport, NH
We are currently seeking three dedicated Special Education Teachers to join the Extended School Year (ESY) program for the Summer 2026 session in Newport, NH. This is an excellent opportunity to support students in maintaining their academic and social progress in a focused, part-time summer environment.
Schedule & Compensation
Work Days: Monday through Thursday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Duration: 4 weeks (July 6 – July 31)
Key Responsibilities
Provide specialized instruction according to students' IEP goals during the summer session.
Monitor and document student progress throughout the ESY term.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment tailored to individual student needs.
Note: Specific caseload details are currently being finalized and will be provided during the interview process.
Qualifications
Experience: Must have previous experience working within a school setting.
Certification: Valid New Hampshire Special Education certification (or eligibility for NH licensure).
Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt instruction for diverse learners.
