If you’re ready to take on a leadership role in a cutting-edge clinic, we’d love to connect with you.Key Responsibilities:Conduct advanced nuclear medicine imaging procedures (SPECT-CT and PET-CT) and theranostics treatments.Mentor and train staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the continuous development of skills and knowledge within the department.Diligently prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals following established protocols.Ensure accurate radioactive measurements, safe disposal practices, and meticulous care throughout the process.Assist with policies and procedure implementation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to plan and execute personalized theranostics care plans for patients.Work alongside physicians to develop intricate imaging protocols.Oversee the maintenance and quality control of imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and image quality and troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.Develop and implement protocols for new imaging technologies.Serve as a direct point of contact for complex patient cases.Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability.Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures, providing clear instructions and addressing any concerns.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to regulatory and clinic standards.Stay informed about advancements in nuclear medicine technology and participate in continuous education to enhance skills and knowledge.Proactively conduct safety inspections and take corrective action to address issues.What You’ll Need:8+ years of experience in nuclear medicine, with leadership experience.Certification by NMTCB or ARRT in Nuclear Medicine Technology.State licensure as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist and Diagnostic X-Ray Technologist.Proven experience implementing successful QA programs and navigating regulatory compliance.“Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans
