Payroll Supervisor

Payroll Supervisor Are you an expert in payroll processing and management? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring accurate and timely payments to our employees? As a Payroll Supervisor, you will oversee the entire payroll cycle, from data entry to payment processing, and ensure seamless communication with our HR and accounting teams. Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the payroll department, including data entry, processing, and record-keeping Coordinate and reconcile payroll processing with HR and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, banks, and other external partners to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Perform complex payroll calculations, including taxes, benefits, and deductions Investigate and resolve payroll-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, addressing questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements, industry trends, and best practices in payroll management Requirements Experience in payroll processing and management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with ability to work collaboratively with HR, accounting, and other teams Familiarity with payroll software and systems , with ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly Certifications in payroll processing and management , such as CPP/CPA or FPC/FPSA (preferred but not required) What We Offer Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for growth and professional development in a dynamic and innovative organization Collaborative and supportive work environment , with a focus on teamwork and employee satisfaction #J-18808-Ljbffr Healthcare Nursing Center
