Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-driven and highly organized Production Coordinator to join a busy manufacturing and warehouse operation in Claremore, OK. This role is responsible for coordinating orders, managing inventory accuracy, supporting shipping processes, and helping ensure products move efficiently from order entry to shipment. The ideal Production Coordinator is analytical, comfortable working with ERP systems and spreadsheets, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters.

What You'll Be Doing
• Review sales orders and verify accuracy against pick tickets
• Prepare packing slips, shipping documentation, and order records
• Expedite orders to ensure on-time shipment commitments are met
• Update and adjust inventory balances within the ERP system
• Compare physical inventory counts against ERP and office records
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and document findings/resolutions
• Examine outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and specification compliance
• Verify certifications meet required material specifications
• Maintain accurate order tracking, inventory records, and warehouse documentation
• Monitor product quality and resolve inventory or shipment issues
• Identify process improvements and opportunities for operational efficiency
• Support compliance with company safety standards and operational policies

Required Experience & Skills
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong English reading and writing skills
• Advanced math skills required
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
• Strong Excel skills required
• Experience working with ERP systems preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain quality while meeting performance expectations
• Ability to sit for extended periods as needed
