Cardiac Rehab Clinical Hours Needed

We are looking for regular clinical hours in Cardiac Rehab to help get the program up and running again after a period of inactivity. Commitment would be about 12 hours/week to start; 4 hours each M/Tu/Th. Looking for a candidate who is reliable and would like to work closely with a rehab professional, working to help patients who have experienced a cardiac event, return to activity. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to, reading telemetry, taking vital signs, assisting patients on/off exercise equipment, assessing patient response to exercise, educating patients on a heart healthy lifestyle, creating and carrying out individualized treatment plans for patients, and communication with physical therapist, Cardiologist, and other appropriate stakeholders.
