Travel Expectations

This is primarily a field-based role. Once your caseload is established, you can expect to spend approximately 8085% of your workweek traveling within your assigned territory, meeting with injured workers and co-attending their medical appointments. The remaining time is spent completing documentation, coordinating care, and communicating with providers, employers, and claims professionals.

What You'll Bring

• Active California RN license
• ASN required; BSN preferred
• Background in ICU, ER, Trauma, Orthopedics, Neurology, or other acute care specialties
• Prior Workers' Compensation Case Management experience preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and care coordination skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned service area
