responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle estimating, including building and defending estimates for projects up to $50M+ with incomplete documents

• Develop accurate pricing strategies and present estimates to internal leadership and clients

• Support preconstruction efforts across healthcare, higher ed, and science & tech projects

• Manage and mentor in house estimating team.

• Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis using Sage Estimating and On-Screen Takeoff

Requirements

• 15+ years of commercial construction experience, including 5+ years in dedicated estimating

• Proven ability to independently estimate and price projects up to $75M

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
