Fall 2026: Strategic Sales & Analytics Intern (September to December)

Work Period: September 2026 to December 2026 Location & Schedule: This is a part‑time 10 to 16 hour/week position in Needham, MA. Schedule options are: two 8‑hour days onsite, three 5‑hour days onsite, two 5‑hour days onsite with one 5‑hour day remote, one 8‑hour day onsite with one 5‑hour day remote, or two 5‑hour days onsite. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position. This role The Strategic Planning Operations (SPO) Analyst will support the SharkNinja Strategic Sales and Analytics team by ensuring weekly and monthly actions supporting the operating model are flawlessly executed. The role involves identifying risks, facilitating cross‑functional collaboration, delivering insights, and driving optimizations to the monthly operating model. Collaborates with other functions to actively facilitate the interaction of cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure that products are winning in the market Ensures success of weekly cross‑functional meetings designed to quickly identify risks to performance, driving team accountability to actions and tactics required to course‑correct Identifies weekly and monthly deliverables to the SS&A teams Identifies areas for improvement and leverages insights from other regions to drive optimizations to the monthly operating model Tracks SS&A strategy readiness for new product launches Establishes global best practices and documents them in playbooks Attributes & Skills Education: Must be currently enrolled in an associate’s, bachelor's, or master’s program Must be able to work a part‑time 10 to 16 hour/week schedule with at least 1 day per week onsite in Needham, MA Must have advanced Excel skills, including knowledge of how to create pivot tables Project Management, Business, or Analytics major preferred Interest in some combination of commercialization, sales analytics, new product launches or program management Assertive, confident, capable Strong written, verbal and communication skills Possesses a strong bias to action and accountability Knowledge of MS Project (or similar), Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SmartSheet High energy with a positive attitude Detail oriented Salary and Other Compensation Hourly Pay Range $26–$33 USD Benefits include medical insurance, health savings account (HSA) with company contribution, sick time, company holidays, employee product discount, product testing opportunities, referral bonuses, and more.
