Mental Health Therapist LCSW

Overview We are looking for a skilled mental health therapist. This position is flexible remote, meaning some in person and some through Telehealth. We are expanding our team in Newtown. This is a role with a focus on fitting into our growing team. Benefits Competitive salary Flexible schedule Health insurance Responsibilities And Duties Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to advance our community goals Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training Required Qualifications And Skills Master’s degree in social work or one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university Licensed mental health professional (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes Preferred Qualifications And Skills Creative and innovative approaches to mental health Experience with children, adolescents, and teens Experience with couples and families What We Have To Offer Salary package details are straightforward with no games Excellent benefits package, PTO accrual, and professional development Flexible scheduling Hourly pay structure plus commission on claims Access to Continuing Education CEU Library What Else You Should Know This position will be under the general direction of the Clinical Director.
