Valley-Wide Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Provider to deliver integrated, whole-person care within a team-based primary care model in Las Animas, CO. You will assess at-risk patients, conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop biopsychosocial treatment plans, and provide evidence-based psychotherapy.
