Finance Director, North America

Silgan Dispensing is looking for an experienced Finance Director – North America to lead financial performance across our $500M North American manufacturing region. What You’ll Do Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for a multi-site manufacturing region. Partner with operations, supply chain, commercial, and executive leadership to drive business performance. Oversee monthly close, financial analysis, and working capital performance. Develop and mentor a high-performing regional finance team. Champion continuous improvement, financial controls, and process standardization. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience. Strong manufacturing and standard-cost accounting experience. Experience leading multi-site or regional finance organizations. Exceptional business partnering, communication, and leadership skills. ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus. The anticipated starting salary for this position is $175,000 plus bonus. Final compensation may be higher and will be commensurate with the selected candidate’s experience, qualifications, and overall value they bring to the organization.
