You'll respond to urgent needs, complete admissions after hours, and provide clinical expertise paired with genuine compassion. Our 7 on / 7 off overnight schedule allows you to create meaningful work-life balance while delivering care that truly matters.If you're a compassionate Registered Nurse who values meaningful patient connections and autonomy in your practice, we'd love to meet you.QualificationsRegistered Nurse On-Call Requirements & Responsibilities:Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates, Bachelors, or Masters)1+ years of recent acute care experience required; hospice or home care experience preferredCurrent RN license in state of practice and CPR certificationRespond to triage calls and provide after-hours nursing visits for symptom management, admissions, and care plan updatesDevelop and adjust individualized care plans based on evolving needsAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed, offering education and support to patients and caregiversMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentation of care, outcomes, and communicationMust have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insuranceBenefits & Schedule:Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off Monday-Thursday 5:00pm–8:00am and Friday 5 pm-Monday 8 AMHealth, dental, vision, and life insuranceCompany-paid short/long-term disability and basic life insurance401(k) with up to 4% company matchTuition reimbursement and professional development opportunitiesPaid time off and paid holidaysThe starting salary range for this role is $75,000-$101,000 annual base salary. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: geographic location, relevant education, applicable certifications, depth of experience, and special skillsets. The total compensation package for this position may also include the opportunity to participate in employee benefits including our medical/dental/vision/pet insurance, disability and life insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) retirement plans, subject to applicable plan terms, and/or eligibility for other compensation.
