Residential HVAC Service Technician

Residential HVAC Service Technician Department: Residential Travel Required: Some Location: Jackson, WI Area Full Time Overview We are looking for motivated, professional, and experienced HVAC service technicians primarily responsible for maintaining and repairing residential HVAC systems; identifying repair or replacement needs necessary to maintain equipment and systems; providing necessary information on the proper uses of the equipment. Responsibilities Maintain and repair residential HVAC systems; identify repair/replacement needs to maintain equipment and systems; provide information on proper use of equipment. Utilize tools to work with refrigerant lines, electrical components, fuel lines, and air ducts; perform testing with voltmeters, thermometers, pressure gauges, manometers, and other devices to check airflow, refrigerant pressure, electrical circuits, burners, and other components. Communicate information effectively with customers and respond to questions. Operate to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators as assigned by the Service Manager. Qualifications HVAC training or equivalent experience of 3-5 years Clean driving record and valid driver’s license Must submit to a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check High-school diploma/GED Relocation to Jackson, WI general market area may be required About Sure-Fire Sure-Fire is a family-owned mechanical contracting business based out of Horicon, WI and serving SE Wisconsin since 1947.
