Field Service Technician III

About the Role Canon USA is looking for a Field Service Technician to deliver excellent service during routine maintenance of Canon‑supported products and maintain service standards. Your Impact Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with necessary documentation, ensuring accurate record keeping. Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate Field/Shop/on‑site maintenance to meet customer demands. Maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports and Canon property assigned. Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction skills. Maintain performance of assigned machines and support branch/district metric targets. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of internet environments and ability to complete the 120‑day introductory period and the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new‑hire class. Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and willingness to travel. Ability to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter premises. Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and be active >50% of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling). Compliance with customer policies and protocols, including COVID‑19 measures. Compensation and Benefits Hourly rate: $25.18 – $37.71. Eligible for a transportation allowance.
