Janitorial Floater

The Facilities Group Hawaii (TFG HI) is a combination of two local companies that has provided facilities maintenance services to leading businesses in Hawaii for over 50 years. We provide comprehensive commercial building maintenance and cleaning services, including daily janitorial, carpet cleaning, floor stripping and coating, pressure washing, sanitizing, and building maintenance and repairs.


Janitor floaters for TFG HI are responsible for servicing various clients throughout the Island. Customer properties include individual office suites, larger professional buildings, education and medical facilities, financial institutions, etc. Our janitor floaters are a direct representation of the company to our clients and are instrumental with helping clients' leave a positive impression of their business with their employees and customers.

What's expected of you:

• Flexibility totravel to different client sites during a single shift, as assigned.

Essential knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Reliable transportation to travel between multiple client sites.
• Janitorial or housekeeping experience is highly preferred but notrequired.
• Mustbe able to work efficiently and follow specific directions.
• Possess clear and effective communication skills. Basic Englishproficiencyis necessary.
• Self-starter with strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Mustbe able to apply commonsenseunderstanding to carry out instructions.
• Must be ableto work nights and weekends.
