Travel Cardiovascular Cath Lab Technologist Location: Brick, NJ Assignment Length: 13 Weeks Pay Rate: $65–$70/hour Schedule: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM | 40 Hours per Week (4x10s) Advance Your Career in the Cardiac Cath Lab We're hiring an experienced Travel Cardiovascular Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Brick, New Jersey. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled Cath Lab Tech who enjoys working in a high-acuity environment and has experience supporting diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures. If you're comfortable assisting with complex cases, monitoring hemodynamics, and working with advanced circulatory support devices, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Assist the procedural team during diagnostic and interventional cardiac and vascular procedures. Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and sterile supplies before each case. Maintain a sterile field while supporting physicians throughout procedures. Set up and monitor hemodynamic equipment, recording patient data during procedures. Operate imaging and procedural equipment while ensuring quality and efficiency. Assist with temporary and permanent pacemaker procedures. Support the use of advanced cardiac assist devices, including Impella and intra-aortic balloon pumps (IABP). Assist with vascular access management, sheath removal, and post-procedure hemostasis. Monitor patients throughout procedures and promptly recognize changes in cardiac rhythm or condition. Follow radiation safety guidelines and infection prevention protocols. Help maintain equipment, stock procedural supplies, and participate in the department's on-call rotation.
