Service Consultant

Overall Summary As a service consultant you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records. You will serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer. Education High School Experience 1-3 years Additional Information McCarthy Auto Group's mission to be the premier provider automotive products and services in the markets we serve. The satisfaction of our customers and employees is our #1 priority. Applicants for our Service Consultant openings must have Reynolds & Reynolds service and parts experience. 1 year minimum of selling service in a dealership service drive and strong ASR closing percentages. Professional communication skills on the phone and in person to deliver a premier customer experience.
