We currently have production opportunities at our facility in Albia, IA and are looking for great people who are interested in helping our boss – the customer.

Overview:

Set up and operate both CNC and manual machines.
Load and unload production equipment, perform quality inspections on parts and handle a fast paced work environment.
Assemble, test and package a variety of manufacturing products.
Check parts for conformance to specifications.
Material handling

Qualifications:

Experience operating manual and/or CNC lathes, mills or machining centers preferred.
We are willing to train the right candidate.

Wages:

Wages start at $21.48 with an increase at 6 months and 1 year.
Shift Differential - $1.50 for 2nd shift.
$2000 Retention Bonus - $500 after 3 months , $500 at 6 months and $1000 after 12 months of employment.
