What You'll Be DoingAs a Line Cook at 101 Smokehouse Marion, you’ll play a key role in delivering the high-quality dining experience our customers know and love. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensuring food is presented in an appealing and consistent manner.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assisting with inventory management, including stocking and monitoring supplies.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring your culinary skills and a positive attitude to the table. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and safety protocols.
