Patient Access Specialist (Registration) Family Medicine Clinic
Urgent 6-Week Assignment - Ritzville, WA

Washington Healthcare Staffing Network (WHSN) is seeking a Temporary Patient Access Specialist / Registration Clerk to support a busy Family Medicine Clinic in Ritzville, Washington, for an approximately 6-week assignment.

Located just45 minutes from Spokane and Moses Lake and about 1 hour from Pullman, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced registration professional looking for a short-term assignment while making a meaningful impact in a rural community.

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
• 7am-7pm
• Approximately 6 weeks

Pay: $28.50 per hour

What You'll Do

• Welcome and register patients
• Verify insurance and demographic information
• Schedule appointments
• Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service
• Support clinic operations and patient flow
• Maintain accurate patient records

Qualifications

• Prior hospital or clinic registration experience required
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
• Epic EMR experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinic environment
