Patient Coordinator

Growing Chiropractic Practice | Omaha, NE
Full-Time | 34+ hours/week

We're looking for a motivated, dependable, energetic individual who wants to learn and grow with a robust training program.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Office Tasks & Collections

• Front desk, scheduling, patient intake
• Insurance verification
• Monitor care plans and patient retention
• Monitor schedules, collections, and workflow
• Follow up on patient balances and past-due accounts
• Set up payment arrangements
• Help resolve billing and insurance issues

Chiropractic Assistant

• Documentation support
• Assigned therapies under the direction of the chiropractor

Marketing, Technology & Networking

This is a key part of the position. We're looking for someone who enjoys creating, connecting, and promoting!

• Build relationships in the community and attend networking events
• Follow up with leads and potential patients
• Create engaging social media content
• Help manage social media and website content
• Develop creative ideas to grow the practice
• Track leads and help turn them into new patients

You don't have to be a professional videographer or graphic designer—but you should be comfortable with technology, willing to learn, and excited about creating content.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8am-6pm with a floating lunch break between 12pm and 2pm

Tuesday, Thursday 10am-3pm

Because this position will help lead our community marketing and networking efforts, there may occasionally be a Saturday or Sunday marketing/networking event . These weekend events are infrequent—typically less than once per month—and will vary depending on the events and opportunities selected.

We will work together to choose marketing opportunities that make sense for both the practice and the person in this role out of respect for work-life balance.
