The Community Builders, Inc.

The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain apartment units and grounds, handle turnover prep, and respond to service requests. You will diagnose appliances, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues, working with managers to uphold safety and quality. You should have at least 3 years of hands-on repair experience in two or more trades and some REAC/HQS familiarity. This role requires a five-day in-office schedule and strong customer service to support #J-18808-Ljbffr
