Behavior Technician - ABA

Role: Behavior Technician Responsibilities Assist children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar developmental or behavioral challenges. Support development of social skills, communication, and manage restrictive behaviors. Document progress and milestones. Follow behavior change plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Qualifications & Skills Passion for working with children with special needs. Strong communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent. At least 18 years old. Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or human development, or minimum one year of experience working with children in related roles such as paraprofessional, behavioral interventionist, or ABA therapist. This role involves working one-on-one with children, implementing behavior plans, and documenting progress to support their development.
