NTT DATA currently seeks a Enrollment Specialist to join our team in Lincoln, NE.

Role Responsibilities

-Key membership elections and enrollment applications into ikaMedicareGateway system

-Update demographics and other membership information from paper correspondence and telephone call documentation

-Make outbound calls to health plan members to clarify missing or incomplete information

-Maintain current knowledge of CMS compliance requirements as they pertain to Medicare Advantage enrollment and member maintenance

Required Skills/Experience

• High school diploma

• Customer Service call center experience

• Data Entry experience

• Healthcare enrollment experience

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $18.00/hourly . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
