HVAC Apprentice ($16-$20 per hour) About Us The Cool Guy, LLC is family owned and operated HVAC company that provides residential and commercial services. We provide installation, replacement, and maintenance services. We are growing and looking for someone who wants to grow with us. We have built a reputation for excellence, integrity, and keeping it cool in the Phoenix Metro area. Job Responsibilities Assist the Lead Technician with HVAC troubleshooting and repairs. Support installation, troubleshooting, and servicing of HVAC systems. Complete invoicing, notes, and photos for each job. Follow safety precautions and wear appropriate safety equipment at all times. Maintain clean and professional work areas. Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle. Establish positive working relationships with customers, co‑workers, and management. Communicate with customers respectfully and professionally. Perform any other duties assigned by management. Benefits Competitive pay, with a yearly bonus based on performance. Qualifications Physical strength and dexterity: easily lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work overtime, including assigned on-call weekends. Insurable driving record.
