Senior Commercial Electrician - Complex Projects and Codes

Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking Commercial Electricians to join a team supporting large‑scale commercial construction projects in New Orleans and surrounding areas. Essential Duties: Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and components in commercial buildings Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical diagrams Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems Supervise and guide apprentices or helpers on job sites Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Follow all safety procedures and protocols on job sites 4+ years of commercial electrical experience Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and building codes Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Physical Requirements: Ability to work on commercial construction sites (indoor/outdoor) Use of ladders, lifts, and required PPE Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds Work may involve exposure to variable weather conditions and physical demands Equal Opportunity Statement: Flexicrew Technical Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer; employment with FTS is governed on the basis of merit, competence, and qualifications.
