Responsibilities Coordinate the design and execution of comprehensive change management strategies for Program initiatives. Conduct organizational readiness assessments to identify impacts, risks, and stakeholder concerns. Develop targeted communication, engagement, and training plans to foster adoption and minimize resistance. Establish feedback mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of change and make iterative improvements. Facilitate leadership alignment sessions and change champion networks to build organizational support. Develop and refine workflows by leveraging analytics and performance data to optimize efficiency and ensure compliance. Translate business needs into functional requirements and ensure technology solutions align with operational goals. Build and maintain productive relationships across internal teams, external partners, and executive leadership. Facilitate cross-functional working groups to address service delivery challenges and improve inter-agency coordination. Communicate complex policies, procedures, and technical changes in clear, accessible language. Implement structured feedback loops to ensure that end-user perspectives inform decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 8+ years of experience Demonstrated experience leading organizational change management efforts within the Veterans Affairs or similarly regulated environments. Expertise in process improvement, technology adoption, and stakeholder engagement strategies. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) or Project Management (PMP). Familiarity with digitization technologies, automation tools, and data analytics platforms. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Paid leave and paid holidays are prorated based on the employee’s date of hire. The GDIT Paid Family Leave program provides a total of up to 160 hours of paid leave in a rolling 12 month period for eligible employees.
