This opportunity offers an outpatient-focused setting with minimal hospital burden, dedicated support staff, and the ability to build long-term patient relationships without the demands of traditional OB call. You'll join a growing team helping shape the future of women's healthcare in the region. THE PRACTICE This purpose-built clinic was thoughtfully designed to create a smoother experience for both physicians and patients. 12 exam rooms and 2 dedicated procedure rooms In-house lab, hysteroscopy capabilities, and routine outpatient procedures Full inpatient and outpatient support through the affiliated hospital system Dedicated RN, Medical Assistants, and front-office scheduling support A CALL STRUCTURE DESIGNED FOR BALANCE This practice was intentionally structured to reduce unnecessary hospital burden while allowing you to maintain continuity with your own patients. House call only with no mandatory overnight in-house coverage No ER call and no Labor & Delivery call responsibilities OB Hospitalist team manages all hospital deliveries Every-other-weekend call covering only your own established patients This structure allows you to remain connected to your patients while preserving greater predictability outside of work. GROWTH & FUTURE EXPANSION You'll join a clinic actively investing in physician support, long-term growth, and operational innovation.
