Ongoing professional development through training and workshops. We will provide detailed information relevant to your client’s care before you go on your assignment, so you know what to expect. CAREGiver Primary Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To Companionship and conversation Personal Care (bathing, dressing, incontinence, etc.) Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation Medication and appointment reminders Transportation Alzheimer’s Care CAREGiver Requirements Include But Are Not Limited To Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance 100% compliance on company policy including but not limited to turning in all up-to-date certifications/documents Must be able to travel anywhere in Holland and surrounding areas Complete all required education and training Being on time for ALL shifts, clocking in/out and completing prompts correctly About Home Instead To Us, It’s Personal® Our founders, Paul and Lori Hogan, launched Home Instead in 1994 to provide care to Paul’s 90-year-old grandmother.
