We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients within the rehabilitation unit, ensuring a high standard of care and support for patients' recovery. Responsibilities

Monitor patient progress and vital signs throughout rehabilitation. Administer medications and provide patient education. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Perform assessments and document care in the electronic health record (EPIC). Assist with therapeutic interventions and mobility exercises. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Valid Oregon State RN license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience. Experience with Epic charting system is preferred. Why ARMStaffing?
