Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Dialysis Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1+ years of recent Dialysis RN experience License: Active state or compact license Certifications: Active American Health Association BLS certification Must-Have: Dialysis skills checklist from within the last year Must-Have: 2 supervisory references from the last 2 years of employment Description: Our Registered Nurses are on the front line of patient care. They improve the quality of life for every patient. The RN oversees a group of patients with the support of patient care technicians. They conduct patient observations, measure statistics, and set up machines. This role is all about the relationships and bonds created with patients and their families. Registered Nurses provide high-quality care to patients suffering from advanced chronic kidney disease. End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) is the most advanced stage of this condition. Nurses are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for every patient they serve. This position emphasizes the importance of developing strong connections with patients and their families.
