Are you passionate about crafting delicious beverages and connecting with people? At our Chelsea Market location, we’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Tea/Boba-rista to join our team. If you love working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and have a knack for creating memorable experiences, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You'll Be DoingAs a Tea/Boba-rista, you'll be the heart and soul of our beverage operation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Crafting high-quality tea and boba drinks with precision and care.
- Engaging with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear and friendly communication.
- Promoting and increasing sales in a retail environment by recommending products and delivering exceptional service.
- Performing a variety of tasks during each shift, from preparing drinks to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborating with your team to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and coworkers.
To thrive in this role, you should bring the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or customer-facing environment.
- Availability: Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
- Reliability: A commitment to regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Customer Focus: A genuine interest in engaging with customers and delivering outstanding service.
- Team Spirit: The ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with others.
