• Serve as a point of contact for customer questions and requests
• Provide information about available products, services, and programs
• Support customer acquisition and outreach initiatives
• Understand customer needs and help identify solutions
• Maintain accurate customer and account information
• Work with the team to achieve daily goals
• Represent the organization at events and community activities
• Participate in training and professional development
