Dietary Aide

CareCore at Lima is seeking a dedicated and dependable Dietary Aide to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring our residents receive nutritious and delicious meals in a safe and welcoming environment.
We provide on-the-job training , making this a great opportunity for both experienced professionals and those new to the field.
Available Schedules:
- 5:45am-1:45pm
- 6:30am-2pm
- 2:30pm-9pm
all schedules include a weekend rotation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with meal prep and tray service
- Serve meals according to dietary needs and portion guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Support dishwashing and kitchen organization
Requirements:
- Previous dietary or food service experience preferred but not required, we will train!
- Knowledge of modified diets is a plus
- Reliable, team-oriented, and positive attitude
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays
