Summary:

**Required Experience and Certifications:** - Minimum 1-year current acute care NICU Level IV Hospital experience - BLS, NRP & PALS - Level IV NICU experience required **Preferred Experience:** - PICU experience for floating - Post-surgical care experience **Skills and Qualifications:** - High degree of professionalism - Proactively seeks direction - Accountable/Reliable - Maintains emotional regulation in high-acuity environment
