User Acceptance Tester

To support a dynamic team, the full-time remote User Acceptance Tester I will define business requirements, plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and analyze system enhancements to ensure solutions meet business needs. Key responsibilities Define and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders Plan, develop, and execute UAT and system testing strategies Identify, track, and manage defects while validating system functionality Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience, Associate's degree with 5+ years, or High School Diploma with 7+ years in User Acceptance Testing and system validation Experience with defect tracking and testing tools (e.g., JIRA, HEAT, SBM) Knowledge of software development life cycle (Agile and Waterfall) Experience with data analysis and system validation techniques Familiarity with healthcare systems and HIPAA regulations
