Now Hiring: Restaurant Manager – Full Service Family Casual Concept - Mount Pleasant, Mi
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for great food, great service, and developing great teams? We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure food quality, guest satisfaction, and team excellence
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to foster a positive work culture
- Monitor and manage labor, food costs, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Drive sales and implement local marketing initiatives
- Create a welcoming atmosphere and uphold Applebee’s brand standards
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service restaurant preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
