Head of Operations - Scale Fintech Operations

Resourceful Talent Group seeks an experienced Head of Operations to lead a five-person team (onshore and offshore) and report to the CFO. You will optimize core processes, manage vendor relationships, and scale the operational infrastructure in a fast-growing MCA environment. You will drive system integrations, oversee deal processing and payments, and champion process automation while maintaining strong governance and documentation across the organization.
