A leading international data center developer with 5GW+ deployed globally is seeking a Director of Construction to lead a major hyperscale AI data center campus in Pennsylvania.

This is a career-defining opportunity to take ownership of a complex, high-density mission-critical build from preconstruction through commissioning, turnover, and operational handover .

The role will lead construction execution across a major multi-phase campus, managing GC and trade partner relationships while driving schedule, budget, quality, safety, and performance certainty.

This is not a maintenance role or small expansion. It is a high-visibility leadership position on a major AI infrastructure project with direct exposure to senior leadership, investors, and the C-suite.
