Asphalt Plant Loader OperatorCapital Materials is looking to fill a Loader Operator position at our Asphalt Plant in Rolla, Missouri.ResponsibilitiesOperate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner.Move, load, and handle materials with the use of a front-end loader and occasionally other large machinery.Responsible for transporting material from stockpiles to feeder bins to supply the plant.Ensure the asphalt plant feeder bins do not run empty during production hours.Perform daily checks and maintenance on loaders, such as lubricating, checking fluid levels, fueling, and cleaning.Assist the plant team with plant maintenance and special projects at the plant siteAdhere to OSHA rules and regulations and wear proper safety equipment.Perform other job responsibilities as assigned.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentMust be able to operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weightsFront-end loader experience is requiredGeneral knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipmentLift/move up to 50 lbs.Work outdoors in all weather conditionsWork overtime, nights, weekends, as neededReliable transportationWilling to travel/work out of town, as neededMust pass a pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkThis is a full-time, benefits-eligible position.
