Hiring Requirements

The client is in a controlled goods program environment and must comply with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), which mandates that all applicants be U.S. Citizens.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & Asset Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of inventory using ServiceNow. Perform regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation to ensure 100% data accuracy.
• Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming shipments and prepare outgoing orders. Ensure all documentation is accurate and items are packed securely to prevent damage.
• Technical Support: Perform basic PC troubleshooting and hardware testing on returned or incoming equipment before it is re-integrated into stock.
• Logistics Operations: Safely operate a forklift to move, stack, and organize heavy pallets and equipment.
• Digital Communication: Manage daily workflows and internal requests via Microsoft Teams and Email (Outlook).
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, workspace to maximize efficiency and safety.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in a warehouse, logistics, or technical inventory role.
• Certifications: Valid Forklift Certification with proven operating experience is required.
• Technical Skills: Willing to learn ServiceNow (or similar ERP/ITSM tools) and basic hardware/PC troubleshooting skills.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating across departments.
