POSITION: Fulfillment Associate

HOURS: 1st Shift Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm

REPORTS TO: Fulfillment Supervisor

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

As a fulfillment associate, you’ll make the 4imprint brand come alive by processing samples and orders for shipment to our customers for the National Programs group. You’ll also assist with sample and National Programs inventory control.

Here’s what a typical day might look like. Other duties may be assigned.

• Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
• Pick, pack, put together kits, and customer orders for shipment, as required.
• Help receive, inspect, count and inventory National Programs and sample products.
• Help maintain an inventory database on all products in Oasis.
• Perform physical counts on inventory, as required.
• Help ship customer orders, as required.
• Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties directed by the Fulfillment Supervisor or Fulfillment Manager.

Required education/skills/experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Equivalent experience is considered having at least 1 year of longevity with a single employer, working in a full-time capacity.
• Previous inventory or shipping experience, preferred. 
• Prior data entry and computer experience desirable.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
