At Marzoni's Brick Oven & Brewery, our mission is to provide good food, good beer, and good times to our guests. Whether you have prior food preparation experience or are interested in taking on a new challenge, we provide the training and tools to ensure that each one of our team members is successful in their role.
Position Duties:
- Knowing menus and products and preparing food according to standards
- Reading recipes, guest orders, etc.
- Using standard kitchen appliances and utensils
- Maintaining proper sanitation control of products
- Operating in a fast paced, team environment
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Performs other duties as assigned or directed
