Driving revenue performance for a designated region, the full-time Regional Revenue Manager will manage pricing strategies, monitor performance updates, and lead initiatives to enhance franchisee relationships while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own regional revenue results by delivering RevPAR and RPI growth Produce regular performance updates to highlight wins, risks, and action plans Launch and manage revenue-driving programs aligned with company goals Required qualifications Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience as a Revenue Manager or Account Manager Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools, preferably Tableau Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with a strong understanding of economics Ability to collaborate effectively within the organization to meet brand needs
