Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Certified Personal Trainer with a strong focus on sales to join our Anytime Fitness team in Saint Augustine, FL. This role offers the opportunity to positively impact the lives of our members by helping them achieve their fitness and wellness goals, while also driving personal training package sales and growing our training program. Youll work with each potential client to gain an understanding of their background, their goals, and what motivates them through their health journey.. The Trainer must be a passionate individual who seeks to help members and guests improve their lives through health and fitness. This role requires a considerable amount of self-motivation, leadership skills, the ability to collaborate and communicate, and the ability to influence others in a positive way.

Responsibilities

• Training sales a large component of the Certified Personal Trainer role is centered around training sales, One-on-one training, team training, and SGT ( small group training) Trainers must qualify, inform, inspire, and convert members into training clients.
• Brand promoters When you love your gym, others will too. The Certified Personal Trainer establishes relationships with businesses and influencers in the community to promote the brand through B2B marketing. This person also helps coordinate and execute engagement campaigns, national marketing campaigns, and community outreach efforts using assets and operations created by the Anytime Fitness corporate teams.
• Team builders leading a team and driving results through motivation and fun is a key component of being a Certified Personal Trainer. This person is hired to inspire all members of your team to foster a trusting, positive environment members and guests want to engage with.
• Day-to-day operations Assistant Club managers and trainer may need to take on some club operations tasks [Filling in when needed, cleaning, etc.] either daily, or as the needs present themselves.
• Culture creators Certified Personal Trainers love creating an environment that inspires members and guests to share their positive experiences with friends and family. They deliver top-notch customer service and aim to improve the lives of each person they meet.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from an accredited organization ( NASM), ACE, ISSA)
• A good candidate for the Certified Personal Trainer position is:
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve performance targets.
• 18 years or older
• Friendly, outgoing, and warm
• Genuine and honest
• Available to work flexible hours [mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends]
• Technologically savvy
• Self-motivated
• Good at managing time and schedules
