This role offers the opportunity to care for complex cardiac and open-heart patients in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment known for strong clinical outcomes and supportive leadership. Daily Responsibilities for CVICU RN Delivers comprehensive CVICU care for critically ill cardiac patients, managing invasive monitoring, ventilators, and vasoactive drips while driving patient safety and quality outcomes.
