This role will deliver business intelligence, automation, advanced analytics, and data products that improve operational performance, strengthen risk visibility, and support faster, evidence-based decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth, disciplined development practices, and the curiosity to turn complex business problems into clear analytical solutions.The candidate will gather, integrate, and transform data from multiple sources; design reusable data assets; identify trends, exceptions, and root causes; and build intuitive reporting and analytics solutions using modern tools and platforms. This position partners closely with business, technology, risk, and leadership stakeholders to define success measures, evaluate outcomes, monitor performance, and ensure analytics work leads to practical business action—not just reporting activity.This role will also help raise the team’s overall analytic maturity by applying software development practices, source control, agile delivery, automation, Python-based analysis, Databricks-enabled workflows, and responsible use of AI tools to improve speed, quality, transparency, and business value. This is a strong fit for someone who can operate as both a hands-on developer and an analytical thought partner—someone comfortable building, questioning, automating, explaining, and improving how data is used to make decisions.This role does not provide visa sponsorship.
