Family Allergy & Asthma is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible allergist/immunologist to join our team in multiple locations: Avon, Indiana and Fairfield, Ohio.

With more than 100 allergists, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered allergy and immunology care.

Our comprehensive services include:

• Allergy and asthma evaluation and treatment
• Environmental, food, and drug allergy testing
• Pulmonary function testing
• High-risk food challenges
• Sublingual immunotherapy
• Aspirin desensitization
• Food immunotherapy

Position Summary:

As an allergist/immunologist with Family Allergy & Asthma, you will provide comprehensive allergy, asthma, and immunology care in a collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence and strong patient relationships.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with allergy, asthma, and immunologic conditions
• Develop individualized care plans based on each patient's needs
• Provide allergy testing, immunotherapy oversight, asthma management, and related clinical services
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical team members
• Support a culture focused on clinical excellence and patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Board certified or board eligible in Allergy & Immunology
• Completion of an accredited Allergy & Immunology fellowship program
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of practice
• Strong commitment to patient care and clinical quality
• Ability to work collaboratively within a growing practice environment
